Our high performance Tire Bead Seater (also known as tire fitting) allows Tier 1 and 2 automotive businesses to improve bead seating for better balance and uniformity. Our bead seating machinery is applicable to tire and tire/wheel assemblies for all equipment, including light truck, SUV, motorcycles, and cars. Developed with the input of a major auto and tire manufacturers, our process allows for a perfect bead seat by focusing on working at the bead rather than the tread or sidewall, preserving the original balance and uniformity of the tire by introducing a “squeegee” effect. This effect removes air and soap to force the bead to fit properly in the bead area. If not for this correction, the improperly seated bead will lead to incorrect balance and uniformity issues, resulting in unwanted vibration. This machine effectively ensures that only wheel imperfections will affect balance and uniformity, an easier issue to correct.

Both semi-automatic and automatic equipment are available, accommodating 13” to 24” wheels, with outer diameters up to 36”, and wheel widths up to 14”. Utilizing HMI, this machinery can be equipped with Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Pro-Face Programmable Logic. Our processes and products are in compliance with industry standards, including ASTM, ISTA, and SAE. In addition we also operate an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility.
